I'm not circumcised. When I have sex, the head of my penis is way too sensitive. When I get inside my lady, the head gets very stimulated and I quickly have an cllmax (1-2 minutes).

Is there a numbing cream that would help? Is this even the problem? Would kegel exercises help?
