HI,

I did read your messages about the Seborrheic Dermatitis .
I have it already 10 years. and tried as well a anti candida diet for a year with not a little result. But I studied a few people who came off with the diet..
My question to you is did you use oregano.. if so did you took fresh and how many times a day you took it. I am looking forward to your answer.
