My local herb store said that their supplier is waiting for a shipment which then still needs to be tested before it becomes available. So it should be available via many herb stores. Also all Vampire shops will have it.

A TCM store I went to told me that they don't carry it but it isn't rare just not highly used so those in Chinatown will carry it. Heading there today, might as well have duck for lunch then :)
