believe me when i say i'm no expert, doing my lst flush tonight... but, i think that is why you are supposed to use olive olive, as it's properties are different than regular oil... it has almost all positive, non cholesteral properties (the fats that are good for us) whereas other oils have half and half, or even more bad than good... again, no expert, but i do know something about olive oil...
