Can someone let me know what the significance of taking this is, and how/when I should take it in conjunction with the flush? I actually have some, because I heard I needed it, and I think it was so I could sleep better, but I just don't know when to take it. The bottle says on an empty stomach, but I've been drinking a lot of fresh pressed unfiltered apple juice to open my ducts. Can someone walk me thru it? I'm not new here, but I've just heard of so many other ways to do the flush. I am attempting the olive oil and apple juice flush, but when do I take the Q10?
