I add the seeds or powder to my cooking, tastes great in curries and soups. I also grow the seeds into sprouts, really nice in salads, or just by the handfull, they sprout in about 3 days, so its easy to have a continuous supply.

Fenugreek powder sprinkled on fresh boiled eggs, with fresh aspargus, is one of my most favourite things :)
