Being that that is your belief system, then for you you would work at the physical level. How successful have you been with your current methodology?

Don't discard what she is saying. It holds way more than what most people think. Do yourself a favor and just test the waters a bit by reading some good material on the body mind spirit connection. May I suggest reading "The Biology of Belief" by Bruce Lipton?

Don't take offense. People are just sharing. Do what is right for you.

If things aren't getting better then you may want to explore new paradigms but if they are working then you're good to go ;-)
