Yup, you sound a lot like me. I have low estrogen (don't know about progesterone- it seemed fine but it was tested at 1 month post removal and my naturopath says it takes 3 months to get out of one's system.) and had high cortisol- I did adrenal support as well. I seem to be getting closer to ovulating regularly, according to my chart I seem to have one good ovary - my cycles alternate between regular and short lengths. I'm only 35 an not ready for menopause.

My naturopath has me taking ovatrophin to boost my ovary function the first 12 days of the month. I haven't done progesterone but we are going to start that on day 14 of my next cycle.

I've been on the verge of getting sick for a while and have terrible constant back and muscle and joint pain still. I'm hoping that balancing my hormones is the key to fixing things and feeling better, since all my doctors want to do is prescribe antidepressants.
