Why don't you take it as per Jim Humbles recommended 3 x 15 drops a day or whatever, then you can find out for yourself.
I'd rather use my brain before doing that though, and from all the information I've gathered over the last 18 months I've decided it's not wise or necessary to use it again and I never thought it wise to follow Jim Humbles recommendations either, when I did use it over a year ago.
