Also, what I do works great for me so far.
I brush with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ($20 for a year supply). I do not dilute it much and just use it unactivated. It cannot be used completely undiluted. I tried that & my gums were sore!!!

Brush w/ diluted Miracle-Mineral-Supplement & then rinse w/ water. Then I personally feel that the main part with my teeth as far as keeping them strong and feeling good is the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , rinse, then brushing them with dirty-looking celtic sea-salt before I sleep (dont rinse the salt out) and that way the minerals in the salt just soak in my teeth over night. I always feel a difference when I do this. Some nights, I dont brush at all, and instead just massage my gums w/ my fingers real good, but this might not be good advice, but I have noticed with my own teeth, personally, that they feel stonger and less sensitive when I do this, but I'd still try to rinse it out with salt before bedtime at the very least. I usually brush the roof of my mouth and my cheeks as well.

My teeth used to be very sensitive. Especially when I ate sweets, they would hurt in certain spots. The spots that hurt move around every month or so, or they used to, before I started the above routine. After using MMS regularly, my gums quit bleeding, and there are no more sensitive spots after using the salt. It's a big difference.
