 and also, i seem to notice my bones on my head being more prominent at the same time, like more sculptured, that could just be me but im not sure im sure they are more sculpturued like they moved, got thinner, changed, hard to describe

Not sure what to say there. Generally the bones don't move except in rare cases like Paget's disease. But you would have thickening, not thinning in this case.
