thanks very much for the detailed reply. I know there can be no guarantees but i had just assumed since there were herbs that can actually regenerate tissue my body would naturally rebuild all the damaged/ missing cartilage and bone in accordance with the original blueprint - i.e not stop once until the reality matched the design- I had not honestly considered that it would not keep healing once started. In fact i did see some slight improvement even when on a less than perfect mucusless diet but not in the most obvious place where the cartilage is missing, so yes i suppose i am concerned that my appearance will not be as it was. Ultimately i'm not looking for perfection but i would like to see more improvement (my confidence has taken a knock-as well as my nose!)-is it possible that nasal cartilage just doesn't regrow like joint cartilage?
