I have avoided using much Epsom Salts in liver flushes.

Nov. 5th I used 1/2 the recommended amount, and my urinary urgency subsided!

I'll be doing this again, using even more Epsom Salts , I believe...probably close to the recommended amount.



Oddly, what I had thought was gall/ liver stones may, instead, be a parasite.

I'll let you know.
