Hi Soheil!
If you do an enema, your bowels will probably respond. I had that during first liver flush, that action started only after an enema - and then again after I had started eating fruit.
After the first Liver Flush I saw the first stones at 11 am. Until the i was disappointed, thinking it hadn't worked.....
