Everyones got their opinion and heres mine. I would never eat tunafish. It is high in Mercury which is a poison that I suspect will aggravate any autoimune disease. I dont think any fish is safe too eat because of mecury contamination. And If you have any mercury fillings in your teeth (called silver Amalgams but in fact 50 percent mercury) you need to remove them.
