A friend has custody of her 3 year old crack baby grandson. His Mom is still an addict, I think. The boy is a bit hyper and is somewhat slow in brain development, it seems. I think the baby is on meds of some kind, as are also his guardians. What are the best natural remedies for him? Where can the guardians get the best health info for him?
