Using the recommendations already posted as in jojoba (my fav) or coconut oil or virgin olive oil, all great. I highly recommend using a few drops of Iodine in whatever oil. SSKI , Lugols, even Betadine if nothing else is available. It works a peach when coupled with an oil. Jojoba + a few drops of Iodine works very well to resolve skin issues imo.
