HCL burns me up. My digestion seems to slowly get better every year which I'm sure is from the sauerkraut. Such a slow process but I really think I'm going to be well one day..or very near it :-). Probably always be something I'll have to manage to some degree with diet.

I never tolerated --glutamine either. I read years later that it's made from shellfish so maybe that's why. I dunno.
