When I said I ordered it in bulk I just meant I ordered up to 10 bottles at a time the pills are 500mg's which is half a gram. I would take around 6-8 pills a day or 2 with every meal and I believe each bottle had 250 pills so each bottle will last quite a while and I believe each bottle was around 8 us dollars. Shipping and handling was a few dollars, do not worry about the cost I assure you this will be cheaper than anything else you have tried and will probably actually work. I dont know the exact cost but it was relatively cheap in my view for the treatment.
My FBO started when puberty started when I was 11 or so. Yes I first noticed it at school and other social situations as most people here have. Does not happen with my family I guess because I am not nervous around them.
I really do not know how long it took for B5 to start working for me because I believe it was summer at the time and I wasn't attending classes or things like that. It may take awhile to start working in terms of cleaning out your system but I am not a junior scientist like most people here. you can copy and paste but if you go down the Dr. talks about the relationship between B5 and digestion of fats, which is the reason I think B5 effects FBO.
I may e-mail you next time but I would like this theory to be publicized on the board and for people with FBO to try it. I'll continue to checkt the board.
