I used half a cup of bottled lemon juice b/c that was all I had.

I used 3/4 of a cup of olive oil. I made the ozonated olive oil myself using an ozone bubbler with a bubble stone on the end like you would put in an aquarium. The ozonator I use is an XT-301 from AirZone Inc. You can see their products at www.air-zone.com/
Yes you do this right before bed. I went to bed at 9 pm. Please read the Hulda Clark Liver Cleanse directions on the site here.

I have dark circles under my eyes that are brown/purple from allergies, and very fair skin. I noticed after two days, today(Thursday) that my circles are lighter! I feel less draggy and I have fewer aches and pains at night.
