Tomorrow I will start my 10 day Master Cleanse. I've done this once before, at a very difficult time in my life. Right after I was told I couldn't have children on my own, this made my first cleanse rather "easy" for lack of a better term. Through the cleanse i found much more than what I was seeking.
Almost a year since, I feel as though i've fallen off track.

I've been contemplating a Cleanse for about 6 months now, just never buckled down to actually do it.
Feeling rather optimistic lately and ready to take charge, I spontaneously had a thought about the mc, and decided tomorrow was the day. After an 11pm visit to the grocery store, I have all the tools necessary!
Here I sit, 'smooth move' tea in hand, beautiful music in my ears. Meditating on healthy decisions and positive energy..

Creating a list of busy work;
books to read,
Tabs to play on guitar,
old friends to reconnect with,
amazing tunes,
and numero uno - soul searching.

Although these forums were all that I read during my last cleanse, I never posted. Reading the thoughts of others throughout their journey was inspiring and made me feel as though i was not alone. This time around I have much to say- so I've decided to participate..
Your suggestions for absolutely anything are greatly appreciated!
