I have been dealing with these problems for the past 3 years and no solution to these problems yet. I took prevacid for some time and then aciphex,in my last upper GI, i was discovered to have stomach polyps and I read somewhere that the use of prevacid and other acid blockers can cause the polyps in the stomach. So I stopped for some time the use of aciphex, and my symptoms have gotten worse.
now I have belching all the time even if i drink water gets me belching, I have sore throat and pain, when i eat i can feel my food passing slowly through my esophagus, I feel that something is stuck in my esophagus, looks like the passage has narrowed.
can anybody help me with this, thank you
