For the past 5 days I have been having the sensation like stones were popping down the common bile duct, all with out flushing. I was pretty sure that the location of the sensation was correct, but you know how this is. You can't be totally sure if what you're feeling is accurate. I have been eating a bit of mint and taking a supplement called guggul lipids (I can't be entirely sure of the connection with the stimulation of stone movement).

I know that they both contribute to increasing bile flow, but I wouldn't have suspected that this might dislodge stones. Oddly, the stone popping seems to happen at around 2:00 pm everyday and some at night.

I thought that I might be able to witness these stones if I checked the toilet. I had decided to do a Colon Cleanse and lo and behold, I discovered many small tan/white floating stones identical to what we see when we flush with olive oil. I examined them and the one thing I noticed was that they are very hard w/ a hard shell on the outside. Inside they were softer, a bit darker, but obviously cholesterol in nature.

I have noticed a much more free flow of bile when I eat something now. I also noticed a sensation of pumping since these stones were dislodged. I can only equate this with improved bile flow.

I still feel like more stones are popping through. If I were to flush now it would probably help move things along.

Part of this could be rewards from staying on a clean diet for over a year now.
