Hey guys. i got the cream last night.

Today i will start using it. Twice a day. Once in the morning after shower and or brushing my teeth, and once going to sleep. my diet will consist of a only veg diet. i will aviod outside food as much as i can(even though i think we all know foods dont impact on EC>?) i will AIM to drink 8 glasses of water, or 4 reg size water bottles.


Good luck to me, and lets hope for success.

I will fill you guys out weekly? i think thats a good time for updates. Anything drastic i will notify that day.
