2 tsps of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water sipped over time slowly has always helped me

a folk medicine book we have confirms it kills e-coli and salmonella

my mom got rid of a nasty stomach problem with aloe vera right out of the plant mixed with water (but admittedly we didn't know what caused the stomach problem)
