I'm so sorry to hear how sick you have been - years ago, before I knew any of the things I know now, I spent one of my pregnancy's in and out of a hospital getting IVs because I couldn't keep anything down, so I can truly sympathize with what you are going through. It is a miserable, helpless time.

Here are some suggestions:

Constipation - it is OK to use the LB or LBB to keep your bowels moving - use what you need to stay cleaned out - otherwise the toxins you retain will contribute to your nausea.

Nausea -
a) Try using some nausea tea - 1 tsp Cloves, 1 tsp Turkey Rhubarb powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 oz. Spearmint tea - Simmer the first three herbs in one pint of water for 5 min.; pour this decoction over the spearmint; put lid on tightly and let this infuse until cool; strain. Take 2 Tbsp to 1/4 cup full every 1/2 hour until nausea subsides.
b) Many women find relief by taking a B-complex supplement - another great source of B vitamins is leafy greens and sprouts, especially alfalfa sprouts and wheatgrass - you will also find B vitamins in grapefruit, fresh pineapple juice and fresh carrot juice.
c) Sometimes the body is making too much bile - in these cases, the LG can help to regulate it.
d) Of course, eating small amounts of food often is better than trying to eat three meals a day.
e) Use peppermint and/or spearmint oil - dilute 50-50 with olive oil, massage 1-3 dropss behind each ear (mastoids) and over naval 2-3 times hourly - use a warm compress over stomach - use a diffuser to put the oil into the air
f) Taken in capsules before you try to get up or sipped in a tea. Some woman will take up to 10 capsules as soon as they begin to feel a little nauseated. Obviously, you would need to eat a little something to counteract that many capsules hitting the stomach. Drinking camomile tea with ginger has been known to help.
g) Lobelia tincture rubbed on the feet, under the arms and on the abdomen may lesson the spasmodic trigger of vomiting.
h) Make seperate ice trays of Squawvine, red raspberry leaf, catnip and alfalfa teas. Freeze these and then, when needed, let melt into a slushy and sip.

I hope one or more of these suggestions will help.
