i think it's pretty well-accepted that moisturizing in general is definitely a smart move. seb derm is almost always worse when skin is overly dry.

the choice of moisturizer (jojoba oil vs. olive oil vs. coconut oil vs. chemical products), however, seems to to be less clear-cut.
