Hi,
I'm new to this forum and have been suffering with this affliction for 2 years.
I too have tried massage therapy (thinking it was trigger points in the muscles), but no permanent relief.

Costo is an inflammation in the costo-sternal joints, so how did massage help you? What kind of massage was it?
You mention lymphatic massage. What is that ?
