In my case NO FOOD just water all day and I saved the Epsom Salt for later after two hours or more of galloping the oil/lime potion. And repeat the whole process the next morning. I only use 2 ounce each oil/citrus.
Recently with the addition of a few drops of pure oregano essential oil to the oil/citrus potion, killing the suc***s, I have observed the gates of Gallstones unlocked.
