I was a grown woman when life
circumstances found me living
where there was a significant
alternative health library. It
was where I first heard about a
man called Dr. Christopher. We
had no television there and so
I read night after night, month
after month, and it did change
my life, for the better.

I would encourage you to be as
a sponge and soak it all in. It
may not all make sense to you
right now, but as you progress
the pieces fit together better
and before you know it, a bigger
picture emerges of how to regain
and maintain your health. It has
been 12 years now since I spent
that year studying and I continue
to study. Most of all, I never
turned back and continue to make
progress on regaining my health.
