Well, I healed my IBS and it wasn't with a vegan diet. It was with a raw diet though, so we're in agreement there.

The one thing we can all agree on is that processed foods (and many aspects of modern society) are the problem. Unfortunately, I wish the vegan and the paleo diet camps would just understand that... perhaps different diets are better for different people. Maybe someday.
