It sounds like you have a pilonidal cyst on your tailbone. You need to have it checked by a physician.

If it is one, it is creating an opening where you are having chronic infection/inflamation that needs to be eliminated. If it is a cyst, it will need to be surgically treated to remove the affected tissue and to close the area to allow healing.

Please get checked ASAP.
