I have been using bio-identical progesterone cream (wild yam) under the supervision of my naturopath for about 2 months now. So far it's really helped me with apppetite (I've had horrible nausea since removal), insomnia, anxiety, and has helped to regulate my cycle as well. I have been worried about possible bad side effects if I continue to use it too long, however, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing these! I had my hormones tested before I started using the cream, and both my progesterone and estrogen were extremely low, so I'm not worried about progesterone dominance yet. I only use the cream days 14-28 of my cycle. I hope that removing this from your routine helps you feel better!
