I believe that your feeling symptoms of hypoglycemia are caused by cellular starvation. You need Iodine, Chromium, Vanadium, EFA's (fish oil, Omega fatty acids), etc. in order for your metabolism to function properly. Some small amount of saturated fat may also necessary in order for the EFA's to get inside the cells.
