I looked into these issues in detail awhile back. there are a few yahoo groups where this type of issue is discussed. Honestly I didn't get too far. felt like I was micromanaging my body's systems, and not really making any headway. Not to say that it doesn't work for some, but it just seems to get more complex the deeper into it you get, and the supplements get more expensive. I might go back an get a few of the supps muscle tested, but my recollection is that most of the recommneded supplements elicited a disinterested response from my body through muscle testing.
