Unfortunately it is not available in the US or for that matter to my kknowledge anywhere in the worlld.  The chemical is actually a pool chemical that kills a black algae.  In a buffered solution that only a knowledgeablle doctor could or should even consider administering.  It might be available in Israel, because this is where Dr Antelman comes from that developed the compund and the patent that detaills the product.  I am sure any knowledgeable chemist that understands how to put the basis of these chemicals together could create the solution.  The only person i know that cold tell you more is Dr Graves who personally has taken the compound and knows the effects of the solution and how he reacted to it and whether he has suffered in any way.  Hope that helps you.
