Can you please tell us what the B&B tincture is, and what it is generally used for? I've been curious about it.

I've had tinnitis (ringing) all my adult life, along with unexplained hearing loss, most likely all my life. Had to get hearing aids at age 44. I'm very interested in trying something natural for it.
