I also used to consume raw garlic. Now I don't think it's a good thing anymore. Hulda Clark says it feeds F. Buski and Dr. Beck says it desynchronizes your brain waves (= makes you temporarily stupid). In a lecture he gave he explained how he himself measured the effects of garlic on people's brainwaves.

But I guess if you muscle test it it'll show whether it will be beneficial or not for you.
