LL- I agree with you, don't worry. we are all just kicking around ideas. Taking supplements is tricky business, especially when dealing with issues like chronic infections. Some of the pub med articles explain that certain organisms use magnesium to build their biofilm. nanobacteria use calcium. So, supplementation with the wrong thing could actually be helping them (depending on what the infection is). I also agree about the mucus. I am meeting with my doc next week so that we can muscle test and try and find a strategy that works for me. I'll let you know what we come up with.
