I've been following your posts, and as a mother myself, can understand your urgency in getting answers. I found Tom's post on how to dilute the 28% solution down to 5% - you use the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement that you have. (If you have purchased it as Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , it is a 28% solution)

From Tom:

To do this place 10 ml of the 28% solution in a measuring device and add enough water to make a total of 45 ml. Keep in mind that 1 teaspoon = 5 ml.
