For the last 3 or 4 days I've had a pounding in my left ear, it’s a strange and unsettling feeling.  It didn't hurt at all but was very annoying especially when I was trying to go to sleep at night and it kept me up.  The pounding wasn't a constant thing but it did come and go every few minutes.  I did a search and all I could come up with was something called Tinnitus but most often with that you hear ringing in your ear.  Many different things can cause it.

I've tinctured some B & B so I decided I'd take some last night. I took 6 droppersfull by mouth and in about 15 minutes the pounding stopped!  I did hear the pounding one more time several hours after I took the tincture but only the one time before I went to bed.  When I went to bed I put 5 drops of oil of garlic and 6 drops of the B & B tincture in my ear and stuffed it with a cotton ball. 

Usually with herbal tinctures the rule of thumb is that it takes a moon cycle to make the tincture and it takes a moon cycle for the tincture to start working in your body.  The exception to that is with tinctures like cayenne and lobelia and maybe a few others.  So I’m not saying the B & B will work immediately for everyone but it sure did for me.  I’m thinking that it might work that fast for something like an earache too.  Of course if you’re using it to restore your hearing it’s going to take some time for it to work.

I was shocked that within 15 minutes the pounding went away, I was prepared to use it in my ear for several nights so I was very pleasantly surprised to be sure.  I’ve been up several hours today and so far NO pounding in my ear! YAY!

So if you or your kids ever get an earache I would definitely recommend the B & B tincture!  It gets an A+++++ from me lol. Can't wait to use it to restore my husbands hearing but I'm gonna let it tincture for a full month to make it stronger before we start.
