In all seriousness most whey protein supplements are sub par. In the process of extraction they are heated killing many nutrients. Many Non-organic whey protein supplements just don't absorb in your body the way they should. That is just my research. Here is a good whey product. I'm not saying you have to buy this just read its difference as compared with others.....
