Liver Cleanse Juice Drink:

Juice 1 Cucumber, 1 Beet, 1 Lemon, Add 2Tablespoons Cold Pressed Olive-Oil and drink promplty.

If taken on a relatively empty stomache it can really clean out the liver. I have gotten some very good results with this recipe I got from a naturopath! If taken on a full stomache it could result in nausea and not be as effective.

Also Liver Life supplement works wonders. It really makes the whites of my eyes white and bright. It's worth every penny.
