Hi everyone. I posted yesterday about my first Liver Flush (done Wednesday night) and some of the problems I encountered, even though it was a very successful flush I had severe nausea that night and the next day. I wanted to thank all of you for your informative and supportive responses. I just wanted to update you on how I have been feeling. I felt very week and wobbily yesterday (Friday) early in the day, but then I drank some emergen-c and began to feel better. I had more strength and didn't have much nausea yesterday and was able to go for a walk. Today, I am feeling very nauseous again. I'm not sure why. I had two bowel movements this morning and passed one more tan stone. Also, my urine is very acidic (less than 5.0). Not sure if the flush pushed me into an acid state. I will try taking a little epsom and see if that helps with the nausea (as many of you recommended). Any other suggestions? I am thinking of doing a deep enema today since I really can't afford to go for a colonic.
