When I had Candida problems bad, my nostrils were really plugged up with flem and I breathed through my mouth when I slept, my wife would tell me I often would makes weird noises and stop breathing, since my Candida issues have lessened i now breath through nose when I sleep and sleep silently now and so much deeper with many dreams remembered.
