Ya know im in the same boat with you on the fibro and ive heard these same things about the nightshades. Ive looked into before and just have for about the past hour. The things they say are horrific!! When I heard about them for the first time I was like " No freaking way??"

All I know is...I DONT, have those bad reactions. Since finding uny and natural healing, im a zillion times better than I was.And its been since I changed my diet with natural healing that im now eating A LOT of these nightshade foods that I NEVER ate before...now explain that!! Ive done 3 MC's, which we all know has LOTS of cayenne...but I dont get worse, I get BETTER! AND it has helped heal me of all my chronic inflamation in my esophogus(sp?),stomach,etc...

I also may get a weird sensation when eating garlic or cayenne, but its probably just blood pumping through my veins, ya know feeling ALIVE!! ; )
