hello every one
Mint also very good for congested lungs due cold,
i drink mint with tea or plain with hot water,

i had cold this week still have it , so i drank lots mints plain,
thats why my GB feels like something want to come out.i even thought of drinking ES to make it leave the GB , may be next time, now i know.
