Yeah, I like it because it tells you what supplement does what.

I am so glad to find a compadre in suffering - bad liver and inflammed gut and itchy, crazy making skin. You're like me.

I was wondering how you healed your inflammed gut. What were the symptoms? Severe burning? This is what I experience. And when its not burning, then it feels like a bruise. The whole length of small and large intestines. Feels awful. Sometimes, I just can't sleep at night burning so much.

Also could you tell me why you couldn't take supplements? Did they make your gut burn more?

Which liver ones are you taking now? I am taking ALA, and should maybe add milk thistle, but I don't know yet as I'm talking to a doctor tomorrow.
