This is an excellent list. I began taking many of these and can really tell a difference now after a several months. Milk thistle by itself isn't enough for people with serious liver issues like us. But you have to start small because ANYthing you take makes the liver work to process it. Until recently I know I could not have handled supps like antioxidants and vitamins. My gut was too inflamed.
