First I want to thank you for all the help you've given me so far. I have your book and have read it and keep going back to it all the time for help. But being able to ask you questions is incredible.

If we get the flu or some other type of flu like illness when pregnant, what are the safest things to take? In the past I would've probably started with echinacea at the first sign of anything (which I know is safe), but then I would've gone on to take oregano oil if things progressed. I'm not sure if oregano oil can be taken during pregnancy though. What would be your best advice? I don't have the flu or anything right now, just asking for future reference. Thanks!
